These chocolate bars are made by an ex-chemical engineer. She used her home kitchen as a chocolate laboratory to conduct experiments in the pursuit of her childhood flavours, but with a health conscious twist. The name chocolatory (chocolate + laboratory) and the clinical look of the packaging are designed to reflect this story.
